About Secure Message Delivery with Helix

Helix provides secure document transfer for letters such as referrals you wish to send to specialists. These are currently sent via HealthLink, with other providers to come.

Setting Up Secure Message Delivery

Current HealthLink Account Holders

There is no setup required for existing HealthLink customers.

Users Without a HealthLink Account

1.      Apply for a HealthLink account using this form (PDF).

2.      HealthLink will contact us with the details we need to complete most of the setup for you. There is no action required on your part at this time - we will email you when we're ready to activate HealthLink in Helix for you. Keep this email, as we'll need you to reply to it after HealthLink has been set up.
