Before you can bill patients for Specialist services you need to indicate which HCPs require referrals.
1. Locate and click at the lower-left.
2. Select
the Settings option.
The Settings window appears.
3. Within
the Users section, click
The User
Management window appears.
4. Search for the user whose record you wish to edit.
5. Hover
your mouse over their record, to reveal and click
6. Scroll to the bottom of this window to locate the referral settings.
o Tick the Referral Required check box.
o Complete the form data as required.
7. Click to confirm your selections, saving the user record.

If you wish to keep a digital record of the patient's referral letter, it can be scanned into their record via the Document Management System.
