The Secure Message Delivery outbox contains health records that have been sent to a recipient from My Health Record - Shared Health Summary.

1.      Locate and click to access the Message Centre.

2.      Access the SMD Outbox panel.

Each record consists of a date, recipient, patient name, details, the type, and the status (Sent, Failed or Delivered). Click on a record to display it in the right hand panel.
