Private Billing using Quantity

    • Bluechip allows you to configure its Estimation and Invoicing functions so that you can include Quantity and / or Equipment for Private Billing of User Defined Fee List Service items (e.g. Cosmetic Surgery).

    First, you need to set up Classes, Equipment Details (if applicable) and Accounts so that you can start private billing using quantity and equipment (optional).

    Once this is setup in Bluechip, you can then do the following if it is related to Class that used for Private Billing:

    o      Create Estimates using Quantity – both the screen and printout will include a Quantity column.

    o      Create Invoices using Quantity – the screen will include a Quantity column and option to select Equipment if enabled. The Invoice Printout will also show these columns if entered.
