1.      Within the patient's Health Summary, locate and click the button, and then click Medication Charts.

2.      The Nursing Home Medication Chart window appears.

o      Indicate the Start Date and Number of Weeks for the duration of the Chart.

o      Select the medications you wish to print on the Chart.

o      You can preview the Chart by clicking

3.      When you are ready to save and print the Chart, click

o      The Actions section of the Consult window shows the medication chart.

•       Hover your mouse over the instance to access reprint and delete options.

o      A print preview of the Chart is displayed.
