The Active Directory User Management page allows you to create new users in Helix, or assign access to existing users.

1.      Locate and click at the lower-left.

2.      Select the Settings option.



The Settings window appears.

 

3.      Within the Users section, either:

o      Click the Active Directory User Management button, or

o      Select Users > Active Directory User Management.

 

4.       The Active Directory User Management window appears.

5.      Search for a user by entering their user name, and clicking  Any matching results are displayed in the drop-down list.

 

6.      Select the user you wish to add to the system.

o      You will be notified if the user already exists in the system. If you wish to remove their association with Active Directory, click

 

o      If a similar user name is found in the system, a message is displayed. You can choose whether to link this user to the Active directory identity or Cancel.
