Alpha Tags in Bluechip

Overview

When you send an SMS message to a patient from Bluechip, you can indicate that it came from your Practice using a special tag known as an Alpha Tag. Think of an Alpha Tag as the sender's 'name'. Recipients of SMS messages sent from your practice will see your Alpha Tag in place of your practice's phone number. This helps your patients to easily identify messages sent from your practice, offering them peace of mind, and reinforcing your brand recognition.
