Following is a list of folders and files to be added as exceptions. Note that the list below uses MedicalDirector’s default installation locations. These may differ for your system if you have used customised installation locations. Please consult your System Administrator if you require assistance.

Whenever a file/folder path is referred to within this guide, please remember to add one of the following prefixes, depending on the Operating System you use.

o For 32- Bit Operating Systems, use “C:\Program Files\”

For 64-Bit Operating Systems, use “C:\Program Files (x86)\”

Such file/folder paths are displayed below with the prefix “ ~ “.

For example, if you see the path: ~Health Communication Network\Medical Director\, and your Operating System is 64-bit, you would use the full path of C:\Program Files (x86)\Health Communication Network\Medical Director\
