MedicalDirector Exchange

We would like to provide an important update regarding the MedicalDirector Exchange migration activity carried out on January 24.
After the migration, some unexpected issues arose, prompting us to roll back the update. Our team is actively investigating the root cause and will implement the necessary fixes to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Once a new migration timeline is finalised, we will share the updated schedule.
In the meantime, if you are experiencing difficulties using ERX and HealthLink Forms, please follow the steps below. These steps are only applicable if the Server Role or Standalone Role is installed in an MDX instance:
- Restart the MDXi Service (on the server computer):
- Select Start > Run.
- Type Services.msc and click OK to open Windows Services.
- Find MDXi in the list.
- Right-click on MDXi and select Restart.
- Confirm MDXi is running again.
- Reload Clinical and test ePrescriptions.
