In recent years, MedicalDirector has not changed the price of its on-premise products. The small, upcoming increase reflects the ongoing updates and innovations within our products, as well as -added measures taken to enhance security and stability of our suite of software solutions.

What is the pricing change?
MedicalDirector will be slightly increasing the annual price of its Clinical, Pracsoft and Bluechip (on-premise) products by 5%.
When will the pricing change take effect?
New customers will see the price change from 1st of July 2018, and existing customers will see a price change upon their next renewal or any new additions from 1st of October 2018.
Which products will be affected?
The price change only affects customer using our General Practice on-premise products Clinical, Pracsoft and our Specialist on-premise software, Bluechip.
Why are the prices changing?
In recent years, MedicalDirector has not changed the price of its on-premise products. Clinical and Pracsoft last saw a price increase nearly 10 years ago. The small increase reflects the ongoing updates and innovations within our products, as well as the value-added measures taken to enhance security, privacy and stability of our suite of software solutions over the years.
