If you use MedicalDirector Clinical with Pracsoft and your patient has any current due Recalls, upon creating an appointment for the them or adding them to the Waiting Room you will be prompted to indicate whether they are attending regarding a specific recall reminder, an example of which is shown below.
From time-to-time, you will make adjustments to various appointments, including cancellations, rescheduling and so on. When such modifications are applied to appointments with associated recalls, the modifications are recorded in a log file, along with information such as who made the modification, and when.
To access the Recall History, open the Appointment Book, and select View > Recall History.
