The Billing tab of User Settings allows you to manage billing settings for the user currently logged in.

Show Auto Allocate in Receipt Screen	By default the Auto Allocate button is not available on the 'Receipt' window. This is to ensure that the auto allocate functionality is not used inappropriately when allocating funds to an account. However, the user may still enable this feature on particular workstations, if necessary.
Gap Payment For Same Day Payments	Allows users to specify default gap payments for same day payments.
Prompt for Medicare Voucher Numbers	When the receptionist is recording a visit and click Voucher, Pracsoft either prints the voucher or, if this is selected, prompts the user to enter their voucher number.
