• Marital Status
• Sexuality

1.      Within the patient's record, locate the Health Summary panel.

2.      Locate and click the Social History section within the Health Summary.

3.      Enter the patient's;

o      Occupation

o      Marital Status

o      Sexuality

4.      Record additional comments if desired.
