Cervical Cytology Requests are available to female and gender-neutral patients who have reached a pre-defined age (15 years or older by default, but this can be adjusted via Clinical Options).
1. Click in the toolbar of the patient's Clinical Window.
2. The
Cervical Cytology Request window appears.
3. Use the following table as a guide to completing the Request form, clicking Print when you are ready to submit the information.

My Health Record Consent |
o The default option is to send the reports (i.e. the check box is not ticked). The reports will be uploaded to My Health Record by the provider - no further action is required by you. o It is a Government requirement that you cannot modify this default setting i.e. you must make this decision for each and every imaging request you create. o A note indicating the patient's consent choice is added to the patient's Progress Notes. o Consent status is recorded in the Outstanding Request window. |
Note that this procedure only re-prints the request - it does not re-request the cytology investigations.

Cervical Cytology Request window appears.
3. Click The Reprint Previous Cytology Request window appears. Select the request you wish to reprint, and then click Print.
o Only
one previous request may be selected/printed at a time.
