Bluechip provides a sample mail merge template that can be imported to your system. This can be used as a basis for your own templates.
1. Select Setup > Templates > Reports from the Bluechip Main menu. The Report Setup window appears.
2. Click The New Report Template window appears.
3. Click and search for your Blue directory. This should be located on your server, or on your c: or d: drive.
4. Double-click the Reports folder.
5. Double-click the file named merge.rtf.
6. Enter a name for the template in the Template name field and select List Report from the drop-down box in the Report Type field.
7. Click to complete the process.
