Bluechip User Guide
Hospitals (Adding and Editing)

1.      From the Bluechip main window, either:

o      Click Folder Icon

o      Press Ctrl + O

o      Select File > Open

 

The Open window appears.

2.      From the List drop-down list, select 'Hospitals'. From here you can search for and select an existing Hospital record, and then view/edit the record by clicking

To create a new record, continue to Step 3.
 

3.      Click  The New Company window appears. As a Hospital is considered a subset of 'Companies', a similar window for creating new Companies is used. Note that a Company Group of 'Hospitals' is pre-selected for you, and there is a field available for recording the Provider Number.

 

4.      Enter details as appropriate.

5.      Click to confirm. The new record is added to the list of Hospitals and you are presented with the Company Details window.

From here you can also manage the Hospital's Representatives.
