Correspondence and Document Management

In relation to Bluechip;

o      Correspondence refers to:

       Letters written by a Practitioner on behalf of a patient, where the letter is stored within the patient's record, and made available via the Correspondence menu, and

       SMS messages sent to mobile phones from within Bluechip.

 

o      Documents refer to scanned or otherwise imported files (that may or may not include 'letters'), that were originally in hard-copy form.
