1.      Ensure you log into Bluechip with a user who has permission to 'Change SMS Setup' in BC Secure.

2.      From the Bluechip main window select SMS > Setup SMS Reminders. The SMS Reminders window appears.

3.      Select the Registration Details tab.

 

4.      Click    The SMS Registration prompt appears.

 

5.      Enter your Username and Password and then click  Your web browser is opened, and you are directed to the MessageNet web site.

6.      On the MessageNet web site locate and click account details.

 

7.      Locate and click the Change my current rateplan link.

8.      You will be redirected to the MedicalDirector section of MessageNet.

 

9.      Click the Purchase link.


The Service Status page is displayed. Your Auto Top-Up settings are located at the bottom of this page.
