Appointments  

o      We have modified adding a new patient via the appointment book to be more intuitive “ + add new patient”.

o      When hovering over the appointment card, the Patient address and appointment duration details are now visible.

o      Both Practice Staff and HCP’s have the ability to print their daily appointments. This does not include the patient’s address for any appointments booked online.

Pathology and Radiology Templates

o      A generic Pathology lab request template is available to use negating the need for any specific lab stationary.

o      30 new Pathology and Imaging lab request templates have been added, which can be included in your preferred provider list.

Login as Admin, and access Centre Settings to configure.

o      Pathology and Imaging lab request templates now follow a naming convention to include Lab Name/City/State to ensure you are using the relevant one.

o      The Patient's mobile phone number is now included within Pathology and Imaging laboratory request templates.

o      Your centre phone number will now appear on Pathology and Imaging laboratory request templates.

Enhancements

Recalls

o      You now have the flexibility to set a recall due date by selecting a date interval in days/weeks/months/years as well as selecting a specific date.

Prescribing

o      To enable your DVA patients to obtain PBS authority medications under subsidy, you can now prescribe and print non-scheduled items under authority.

SMS

o      SMS reminders have been modified to consider business days, rather than calendar days, so SMS’s are not sent on the weekend. This assists patients to change their appointment with the practice during business hours

Allergies

o      A patient’s allergy and adverse reaction can now be captured under the Allergies/ Adverse reactions, this helps HCP’s to determine the risk associated with an allergy.

Invoicing

o      The text outlining the surcharge for Credit cards of $2.00 has been removed from the tax invoice and replaced with "Credit Card payments may incur a surcharge - Please ask you practice for further details".

Bug Fixes

o      Patient Queue bug which incorrectly changed HCP for patients has now been fixed.

o      MBS items in subcategory A35 (Aged Care) have now been included in the MBS fee file and so will no longer need manual entry for this category.

o      Centre names now display fully in the report drop down list, previously long centre names were cut-off.

o      Cursor moves directly into the “select patient” field when creating an appointment.

o      Double clicking the arrive button on the appointment card creates only one entry in the queue.

o      The red line time indicator in the appointment book now showing correctly.
